My entry: AFKIM - Universal (almost) Instant messaging client for psp

Description:
AFKIM is the result of 2 long weeks of coding. (damn I'm so tired right now   ::sm-04::)

AFKIM - Away From Keyboard Instant Messenger (for psp of course)
Its an Instant messenger client for (almost) all the major protocols (AIM, ICQ, MSN, GTalk, Yahoo!)
It is powered by the public bitlbee servers (thanks for these!)

Make sure you read the included readme, there is a steep learning curve!

Requires firmware 1.0 or 1.5 (might work on 2.00, untested)

hmhm 2 weeks...ur hardcore coder...my Tetris&Touch where 2 weeks, too (vacation hehe) but damn an instant massenger in 2 weeks...Not bad

Heres an updated version (just in time!)
It fixes the crash bug from having too many friends ;) - This is only a cheap fix to stop it crashing, you will have trouble selecting buddies that are off the screen, a proper fix will come next version.
It should also fix the new message bug (people who send messages weren't highlighted correctly)
And the server chat window now shows the bitlbee status so you can see why your accounts won't connect.

Edit: Sigh, another faily important error found (teaches me for all the 2am coding!)

Make sure you get a 2.00 firmware or less, 2.01+ cant run homebrew that uses wifi.

You can only downgrade from 2.00 to 1.5, the higher versions of psp can't be downgraded!  :-X

OSX all the way. it really helps.

I would have chosen that IM thingy but I really havent tried it (wifi down) :(

so ya just live with OSX as my vote :-*

OSX is another "shell" but if you had wifi you would realize this pwnz!
