No problem. As it stands I beleive they are still prototyping and havent gotten quite to the point where they feel secure enough in the design to commission getting final casings made. It shouldnt be too much longer before we get some official word from Dr.neo, but honestly if I had to guess the hardware wont be finalized for some weeks yet.

The new DS products are supposed to be on sale about the middle of summer, hopefully that gives them enough time to put together a quality product and whatever software it needs initially. (unfortunately unforseen delays have happened with pretty much all the MK2+ products so far though, so I dont know anything for certain at this point).

By the looks of it you ONLY need this and a SD card.
NO NDS cart is needed.
However you may need a GBA Flash Cart still.

Yes, it will be fine (as I said before when I suggested you wait for MK4mini).

BTW: MK4-SD appears to be based somewhat on MK4 mini (the mini is a step towards getting MK4-SD working) so kinda look at MK4-SD as MK4 mini + menu program + SD slot.

Wow, I just noticed this.  The one problem I see with it is with tabletop play.  Still, pretty amazing.

A few questions:
1) Will it have a menu system to select from multiple ROMs on the SD?
2) Will it work with patched ROMs to save to SD?
3) Will it work well with MoonShell?  I'd like to put mp3s/video/pictures in regular folders and open them from MoonShell just like I can with SuperCard.  Is that possible?

I have the same exact questions and sven, were not talking about the mk3, ok, this is the mk4 SD.

That would be great if it was  ::sm-29.gif::

We will have to wait a while for the coders to test and run and stuff.

that is right, but i dont think that stuff(maybe a few) that work on the MK3 doesn't work on the mk4-sd
