I ordered a couple of MK5s, Both Received with Cracked Cases through
Bamboo Gaming.
I contacted them and returned them for replacement OK.
They tole me " Once we receive your return , the replacement will ship out within 2 days."
Then After they received my return they told me "We have received your return today, we will ship out the replacement within 3 days if the item is in stock."
Now I Have been told that They DONOT have any in stock.
I have sent them 4 EMails To ask them how long I will have to wait for stock.
They have not replied and no longer reply to any of my EMails.
No Confidence from me when you get a problem with them !!

Finally Received an E-mail - They have been sent.
Finally 5 1/2 weeks later (After I First Ordered) Received the
replacements which were AOK.
Whilst I got Sick of waiting I ordered the Same product through IC2005,
got them delivered to Australia and had them arrive in 3 Working days
of placing my order.
These came with the Retail packaging and the CD ROM which bamboo did not supply and were in perfect condition for the same price delivered.
Needless to say Bamboo did come good in the end but my experience with IC2005 was Outstanding and they will get my business in the future.
