I most certainly AM using the MK4 mini.  I'm one of the first people who got one.

edit: But flashme is stopping things from working.

(U) = American / US version
(J) = Japanese Version
(E) = European Version

Belive it or not, there are some games being compatible in one region only, despite of the fact, that its the same game in charge
