The first photo release for NEO MD 3in1 flash cart
« on: July 19, 2006, 01:55:39 AM »
The first photo release for NEO MD 3in1 flash cart, it can support up to 1Gb neo2 serial.

In fact the NEO MD 3in1 flash cart is one USB Slim loader IV + MD interface,so it can burn any MK3/MD5/32X rom to the neo2 serial through the USB link cable, and play the MK3/MD5/32X rom on your SEGA 16 bit console immediately.

And of course you can burn the GBA/NDS roms to it and play on any GBA/NDS console too, just like the MGD2 idea, but it's more easy to use and can support different console directly.

That's why we call use neo2 serial flash cart on MD/SNES/N64 is NEO MYTH project.  :P

NEO MD 3in1 can support NEO2-lite and NEO2-SD(TF)

It'll not stick if you use the Neo2-Lite

NEO MD3in1 built in the USB slim loader ,so it cna link to PC usb port directly.

when NEO2-lite plug into the MD5...

when NEO2-SD plug into the MD5...

Its a innovative idea.

But why didnt you put a SD card slot in it instead for more memory, why a neo2?

Can games and saves be transferred directly from a computer, via USB, to the NEO MD, without having to write to flash memory?  If so, this could be a very useful development kit.  When will you post pictures of the SNES version?

Can you store 1GB of roms in PC MB or Mega Drive MB?

If PC MB, then damn I'd kill for one. :)

It's really cool, but I don't like the idea to buy an expansive DS CART just for memory use in MD. Why?

How about price?

the neo2 flash cart can use on MD/SENS/N64/GBA/SP/GBM/NDS/NDS-lite,not for MD only.

about the price,we will send the MD cart separate, don't sell with NEO2 together,so user can choose to buy NEO2-lite/NEO2-SD or NEO2-TF. and it can make MD cart selling under $100 :)

If it's around $150 ALL IN i would say it's a fair price ;)

You get a Md Flashkit + GBA/NDS one, so no complains! :D

But you should do something about your resellers, i like to see more european resellers who accept iban/bic payment, not paypal/moneyorder/visa only.

Alot off ppl have to deal otherwise with high transffer rates to pay ontop of the  sales price + sometimes customs (i can tell i had it one time and i ended up paying more then $300 for something that only should have costed me a $150)

But it's a nice idea to use the neo gba/nds kit to store data on it. and if all future flashcards (Snes, N64, etc... use this methode, you only have to buy the gba/nds thingy once and only have to buy the cheaper cases/hw)

Correct me if I'm wrong but this cart fits into the MD, SNES and N64 slot? Or are there gonna be 3 different versions for each console?

Thats good to hear. I know some people might prefer the cheaper option but I would like to buy two different carts for SNES and N64 so I dont have to take the cart out of the console. lol

I don't understand that, what do you mean? I was thinked that you can only use one Neo2 between all flash units and saving a lot of money.
