New user needs HELP

I am a new user of MK4-mini.
Could anyone tell me step by step on how to write a NDS game into SD card and then run in NDS Lite?
I have download the game file (.nds file), but have no idea what's the next step.
Please help, million thanks.

what stuff do you have?

you only talk about an mini but you want to put games on sd, and the mini can't read sd's. so you have an mk2/3? or an other device, please tell.

Actually I got the same problem of WhyBee

I get
MK4-mini
Supercard SD (mirco SD)
1GB mirco SD memory card.

I have download MK4-mini patcher v1.1, patch .nds file and then copied both the .nds.gba files to memory card.  However when I click the .nds.gba file I only get "game boy" flash on the top screen and then nothing else proceeed.

Please help.  Thanks.

the mk4-mini patcher is only for if you have an mk4-mini in combination with a neoflash card, and you have a supercard, so i suggest you should look at the supercard forums or site.

As sven says, the patcher is basically for neo/xg carts only (so don't use it at all)..

Instead, use the supercard software from www.scdev.org (the mk4-mini just acts as your passme device to run the supercard - set it to gba mode)

Update the kernel on your supercard and use the supercard patching software before copying the roms to your micro sd card.

Having a (possibly) similar issue.

using the MK4-Key, M3 Adapter, 2gb mini sd.

The majority of roms I use, after patching from the lastest M3 Game Manager either display blackscreen and don't load or whitescreens and don't load.

Do i need to upate the firmware of the MK4 key? If so how is this done?

update the m3 software, mk4-key has nothing to do with it in your case.
