iR Shell (A Multi-tasking PSP Shell)

First and formost I lover this Idea, Its the greatest thing I've heard of for the PSP
I am currently using firware 3.11 how/what firware do I have to downgrade to in order to use this......I'm kinda new to the whole PSP and have good cpu background.....so kinda walk me through the process for getting this app to work.
