Here is my entry (just in time) for the neoflash psp apps section.
This is a guitar tuner for the psp, it plays the string in the set you require and plays long enough for you to tune in your guitar 
features fully functional menu, + easy to follow backgrounds, and of course the tuning sounds.

Nice one. Keeps me from investing in an expesive guitar tuner. It could be awsome if a future release would allow the badboy to jack in!:D

I tried this with my acoustic guitar and while the harmonics noise might be good for an electric guitar it didn't really help me tune my acoustic guitar at all.
Maybe you could implement an alternate tuning method with generated sine waves for acoustic tuning ?
