Stonecut, your problem sounds a lot like mine. If you have time, go back and read those threads in the dcemu forum. Using gmdl2.5, hit that "get numbers" button after you've placed your highest(in the air) zoom you want. That pulls the lon/lat values into the boxes on the left, enter 2x2 for heighth/width in the other 2 boxes. (If they aren't already there) If you set a 7 to 0 zoom level its going to take a while to transfer unzipped to ms. If you use Deniska's new v0.2 (maybe this only applies to satellite/hybrid maps?) make sure to grab the extra eboot from the bottom of his "0.2 released" post here on these forums. Replace the eboot in the regular (not %) folder with that one.
Also, browse to the config.txt file in the system folder and edit "fakefeed" to 0 instead of 1 if you are using a gps receiver.

I had no interest in any of this until I saw mapthis! on maxconsole. The neatest thing about it to me is how much cheaper this is than buying an in-car nav system. Saving money always tickles my fancy!

But no, it ain't working and nobody seemed to know how to help me either. That disqualifies that app for me in this competition, sorry.

In the end, iR Shell does what it says, is well polished, feature-rich, useful and AhMan deserves a price for it.

Just to say, this competition counts 10 entries, not just 2... so if you don't vote for MapThis, you shall not forcedly vote for IRShell...
Just my humble opinon ::sm-11.gif::

That's true but I love iR Shell and I personally have no use for another emulator, personally. I am sure yours is coded extremely well, I just wouldn't personally use it.

Plus, I'm a mod in the iR Shell forum so I guess I am biased :)

Actually I did. The thing is, I didn't have any good ROMs at all. I liked the SMS when it was new but I don't think I need to see its gfx again, hehehe.

Tell me a game that works best on your emulator and I'll try it out, though !!!

Huhu best?
I must try some other PSP emulators before telling you ::sm-17.gif::
Anyway I remember that Excellent Dizzy didn't run correctly before (maybe it was my ROM), but that's not the best game you could find to reconciliate with SMS/GG, not even telling about Smurfs :p (in fact i quite like the last one)
Anyway, if you want to play Master System, you may try other games that should run on all emus anyway, like the Sonic serie (with Z80 o/c for more enjoyment), Land Of Illusion, Enduro Racer, Impossible Mission, Outrun, Space Harrier, Dynamite Headdy (ok I've got a bit special taste ::sm-15.gif::)
