NEO Summer Compo 2006 winner and prizes final announcement

I think there was just a misunderstanding.  If you are tied, I highly doubt you'll have to share your prize.  It was already stated that the prizes have been extended in the 3 catagories that had ties.  Maybe Dr. Neo thought you meant if two people worked on the same project and only had 1 entry then of course they would have to share.

I think I'll choose the NEO Super SNK MVS convertor.

If there were some nice entrants who didnt attempt to attack the judging instead of simply discussing it, I might agree with you as well. As it is, being on the receiving end of insults relating to my parentage by people I have never met or interacted with is no fun, and regardless of the cause makes me very dissapointed I shared that amount of time with the "community".

I don't seem to be a victim of this fall-out(that I have seen anyway-Maybe because I wasn't judging for the PSP.),but it is pretty distressing.

I know what it is like to pour your heart and soul into something,and not have it recieved as you would like(I've given a 15 year go at being a professional musician......),but clearly,the best of the best will rise to the top.

Just because something was not deemed"the best"does not mean it is not good.
Honestly,there are a few entries that were not my bag at all.Having said that:ANYONE WHO ENTERED THIS COMPO SHOULD BE PROUD OF THEMSELVES.

Don't look here for validation on that.Here,we all know a little about "homebrew"coding,that's what this is all about.
Look to your real life.How many people do you really know that know anything about this stuff?

I am one of the smartest(NOT SHARPEST!!!!)people I know.I have downloaded the devkitpro,gave up,tried again,gave up.

LOOK-YOU ARE ALL FRIGGIN' GENIUSES(in my book)FOR BEING ABLE TO DO THIS!!!

You all(ALL the coders)are in a group of about 200 people,doing what every high-school kid in America wishes they could do.

I'm very happy of that Neo Compo...
For the prize I want a NEO MK4-mini for nds & nds lite [US$49.00] bacause of I havn't any DS developpement kit (only a EZ3 Flash card)
I'll create a better game for the next Neo Compo on the DS (or the GBA?)
