NEO spring coding contest 2007 for NDS(GBA) and PSP first announcement

What if i release it while the contest is running and i have submitted it before the release?

I'm definatly entering. 

btw I have some questions: 

1- do I need to release source code?;
2- I´m making my game compatible with PSP and PC. Could I release also the PC version for the people that don´t have a PSP??? The both versions will be equal ( I will use 480x272 resolution and a window for PC, so the game will not be more beautiful on the pc version); 
3- do I need to post screenshots or something before it´s done (not the full game)?   
4- do I need to wait the Neo contest splash choice, or I can release it before?

Normally news sites like PSPUpdates tracks the releases in the compos and posts their own news stuff on those new releases. I doubt it would be a problem, so long as your entry is posted publicly here before pspupdates posts it (once it's public here, anyone has access to it anyway).
