Im now downloading the newest version. I will update this post once i loaded it in my R4. thanks!

Downloaded it and confirmed that the touchscreen and sounds are now fixed for the R4DS version 

However, I found a small bug within the program.   After the splashscreen "MitoulovesEcchi" the Splash screen for Virus DS will apear. If you touch the screen or press "A", there are some black particles that will appear on some parts of the lower screen (pallete related maybe? ) before going to the language selection screen

This does not happen to the NoSave DLDI version that you first updated. (Which is good. no bugs found.)

I'm recompiling all my littre homebrews with the latest Devkitpro/Palib.

VIRUS DS is also recompiling and add your nick on the credit page ;-)

Kukulcan, I am a big fan of this game and recently found a xmas version. 
Once I get my new R4DS (previous was stolen by a roommate on his way out).
