Here is the current version of my game Hexaxis XXI (0.15) alpha
Controls: Directional Pad: move dice left right and down (no up its like tetris) Up = Move Dice Fast Down
Square, Circle, Cross, Triangle: rotate the grid L and R Triggers: zoom in and out Select: Exit Game
Update3: Added Upkey and Game Over.
Update4: Added dice move sounds, and random dice that come up from the bottom (cause you to game over)
I have not done anything special for showing the score and multipliers, pretty much a pure text at the top left. I don't think I have the time before the end of tonight to code bitmap fonts. I also have no highscore table. That will come after the compo though.
Here are the latest screenshots:

Not bad for 2 days of work... You heard that right. Not to mention this is my first PSP coding project.

This is a great game, and for two days! its incredible. Not to mention it being your first project! The only problem ive found so far is that when the blocks get to the top the game keeps trying to put more on them. Bye the end its just a buch of blocks stacked to the top. Great job though!

No more blocks at top problem, now you get um.... a Game over! lol just hit 'x' to continue again, but pay attention to your last score, write it down!
The next version should have a highscore table so you don't have to keep track by yourself.
For the updates, just download the latest and rewrite over anything you may have already downloaded. Each update is a complete set of files.
Update: I wanted to point out that I hired DaZ: http://www.myspace.com/dazdicks for the song in the game (and many others in the full PC game). Some of the sound FX I made myself with a slab of marble and a sam adams beer bottle. The others I paid for and are legally commercially distributable. I used PSPSDK and OS (for wav playing).
I learned a lot from here: http://www.psp-programming.com/code/doku.php?id=c:tutorials (pain in the ass to find that index page for those tutorials) They are great, and most of what I've learned is contained in those tutorials.

EDIT: Please do not use the new version for judging. I just want you all to know I've made improvements to the game outside of the competition.
Hey guys,
I have updated Hexaxis XXI to V017. I just want to show the screenshots of it here, as per the admin, I do not want people to use this as the judgable entry.
1. Changed background 2. Added Preview Line 3. Added HUD Score 4. Added Multiplier HUD 5. Cleaned up a "Game Over" bug 6. Fixed a weird texture disappearing bug. 7. Played with Blending a little more and got the Wipe line to look correct as well as the score.

Surely, you can't be allowed to put this in; the competition entries were to be put in 5 days ago...

I know. I just wanted people to know there was a new version. Thats why I didn't upload the file. It says in the rules to upload the file before the end of the day, days ago. So I just put a link to my site. However, your right, I prolly should edit that post. I'll take out the download link and put a link to my site.
