i'm on a mac, i dont get the choice of that patch. right the renamed .gba one actually freezes on the searching screen. the .nds one patched runs and lets me stop and start the search but it never finds my router. works perfectly with the previous version and i have the ip set into it manually... so who knows :D

Don't have choice ??? >> http://www.blogadresse.de/2007/01/29/dldi-drop-dldi-patcher-the-mac-way/

 ::sm-29.gif::

ps : old version of Beup did not use DLDI....and that's why it works for you ;)
use the MAC patcher and use the SuperCard (SD Card) alt DLDI (Moonlight)...should work

i use dldi drop, it doesn't have the alt for the supercard. just has the one - which i just tried which gave me the same result of forever searching. i normally use the supercardlite patch which works fine for everything. i also don't see where the dldi would stop it using the firmware to find the router? it's not frozen or anything.

Yeah, but this is an update on 0.3.  The d most likely stands for DLDI.

Is there much updated since 0.3?  0.3 Final works just fine on my R4DS.

I'm using an R4DS and patched with DLDI.  Beup starts up, but hangs at "Connecting using firmware setup: Searching..." and I'm assuming freezes.  Non of the buttons work, and I can't stop it.
Same here with a M3 Simply ...

Back to using the previous version (0.3 Final) which works like a charm (without DLDI) with the WFC settings ...

The M3 Simply and R4DS are basically the same thing.  This seems to be a product wide problem.  Nobody is getting it to work.

I download the 0.3 final version.
Which file should I use for m3 simply?
I saw several subdirectories in the folder.

HtheB just updated it a bit, works perfectly on my R4DS.  It should also work on all M3's.

I updated Beup Live 0.3d (Fixed) and should now also work with all flashcards! :)

it connects to my router now but has some weird top screen glitches and doesnt get past sync'ing contact list...

supercard lite, flashme v7 and chisms firmware 1.7a

it's just worked now, the time is wrong for some reason... it always says 3:24.
just tried the avatar thing and it'll let me change it to the ones that come default BUT not the one i put on there which is formatted the the right size and has worked as an avatar a few versions ago.
bizarre.
another edit - i changed the name of my avatar to running horse and selected it and it worked.
one more - the emoticons have gone almost, about nine left. it's saved all my log in stuff fine.
