Hi I'm new to this so i have a few questions. the closing date is the date on which you can ultimately can add your homebrew game? or do I have to add it now and I can work on it to the deadline ?

secondly, you only payout through paypal? what if the winner does not have a paypal account (and can you enter when you live in Europe?)

For the NDS App, the main concept is for MK6 motion cart and NEO2/3 applications,it's mean you will have more chance to win with an Apps using the full hardware function.

Are you planning to release some functions for using the IR on the neo2?

umm, i have a quick question regarding what can be entered  for this contest. Would it be allowed if something i made was in lua?

if your code was release before (like enter other compo already) , then you can't enter NEO compo again.

NEO compo just accept original design , and allow same project enter one more time too, but not the no.1 in last NEO compo.

The game i want to enter is rather complex, so i need some beta testers, however what happens if a beta tester, releases the game without my knowledge? will i be disqualified ?

if your game is not release by you officially , then can be accept.
but you should do your best to prevent your game leak in any case.

I will, i have one beta tester who i can trust but i think i need at least two :S
but i will try that they won't release it!

Can I assume we are not allowed to enter something from someone elses competition?  eg. if a game was entered in another websites competition, can it also be entered in this one?
