Please Help me I am confused

HI guys First one simple question.
I have a MK 6 motion card. Is there a firmware update for this card? If so how do I install it?


I have a neo 3 card which hangs just about every time I try to open a rom on it. It sas that it is erasing the save and it just stopps there. about 10% of the time it actually does the erase and a progress meter shows and then the rom opens and I am able to play the game.

I have attempted this with several slot one cards the results are the same.
I think I need a new NEO 3 card how do I arrange for a replacment?

Is there an firmware newer than 1.31 for the NEO3? where is it ?

if the MK6 2M save chip don't work,then almost games can't run from NEO2/3.

The memory checks out fine.
I never did feel like the problem was with the MK6 card. It works fine. The problem I am having is with the NEO 3 card. It only works 10% of the time. I fear there is a problem with it.
How do I get that taken care of?
