Don't buy from Winsunx online store !

I bought 1 EZflashIV Deluxe, 3 R4, 1 microSD Kingston e 2 microSD PNY. It was frustrating, cause 2 microSD PNY were missing. I contacted Winsunx to refund the value of the missing items, and here is the answer:
"That is why we don't like use the EMS , because the EMS is very easy lost some thing , we will ask with the EMS about your this case , and let they pay this 2 card fund , and then we will send back 2 card to you . so please wait few days , and if you have new order , please don't use the EMS again . use the fedex will be safe"

It's very weird, because they offer EMS, Fedex and DHL for shipment, but says the EMS is dangerous due to losing things from the package. Winsunx prefers not to assume the responsability of mistaking my order. I received a very closed package, and I can conclude Winsunx forgot to put the 2 microSD PNY. It happened 2 weeks ago, and I don't think they will take care of my problem. I'm buying form stores Divineo, Modchipstore, Hopebuy and Dealextreme, by EMS shipment and never had this problem.
So here is my advice: DON'T BUY FROM WINSUNX !!!!

I was inclined to believe they initially forgot to add the SD cards and decided it wasn't their problem and were trying to shift blame.

I have already discussed this with Winsunx, they have confirmed that after finding out the EMS would not take responsibility and refund the cost so they could issue a refund to this customer, they sent out 2 more SD cards. The guy over there knew who this person was right away, if I had to guess metalcaipira was very harsh or possibly abusive to them even though they were trying to do things to resolve the problem (and the reward they have gotten for it seems to be this messages spammed to multiple forums).

When a site gives a warning about the reliability of a specific shipping service, don't be a cheapskate because you have gotten good EMS from other locations: HEED THE WARNING! They put it there for your benefit! They put it there because of past experience! EMS workers may be fine where you live, and even in most of the cities you get stuff shipped from, but that definitely doesn't mean the EMS workers are honest where winsunx ships from.

Winsunx still has my recommendation as trustworthy.
