Hi. I'm new here, but I just purchased a NEO2-TWIN package and I've managed to get everything working except the NDS games. (Admittedly, I only have one DS rom (FFIII US)) but all I get whenever I try to load it is a double-white screen. It's a brand-new DS Lite. I've been trying to figure out if I'm supposed to upgrade the software of the MK5-Key using the links in the MK5-GIGA forum, but when I've tried, all I get is "Unknow Chip" (sic). I would greatly appreciate it if someone would tell me how to get NDS roms working, or if they could at least point me to somewhere in the forums that might help. (I've already read the 'How to play NDS games' forum in the Neo2 section.)

I suppose I should also mention that I HAVE been able to successfully load the DS-Virus Game (awesome), and the Touchdown game (which was also kinda fun). Both played without trouble. My only issues have been with the commercial ROMs. (I tried two others I downloaded. Before anyone bugs me about it, I'm only doing this because I collect games and I want to leave the purchased box unopened and undamaged...but I also want to play the games.)

Thank you for the speedy response; I really appreciate it. I'm just glad to know there's nothing that I'm doing wrong on my end....or at least nothing...obviously...wrong....
