will lua still be in the copition? Because I am in the middle of a perty good lua game and would like to be able to subimit it when this copition opens.

Also is there any way to use the tilt sensor with lua becuase i would love to use it.

The rules haven't been posted yet but if it's like previous years, your can just post some description, .nds and screenshot.  You only need to post code if the license for the code says that you do (unless the rules change this year).  It won't hurt to include ds.gba and sc.nds but most DS homebrew devices can run .nds files, so it's not important.

What about clones?  cause something I've been working on is in a completely different (probably unheard of by most, Turing?) language with not %100 of it's source released, so...  it's a sketchy clone/tiny port...

Ports have been allowed previously.  As long as it hasn't already been ported to DS by someone else and you follow the license for the port (GPL or whatever) then it should be fine.  Get confirmation from Dr. Neo though since rules can change from previous years.
