Will this work on Windows 98 SE?

Will this work on Linux?  (Or will there be specs so that other people can make it work in Linux?)  The Tototek flash cart is supported on Linux through Ucon64.

I only use Linux, so I hope it has Linux support.  Otherwise, I will have to buy a Tototek kit instead.
