I ordered an R6 gold from them last monday(11/04/07) and haven't seen any update.  I contacted them and they said it would ship when they got it in stock and then another employee told me that they were waiting on a new version and it would ship this week (no specific date given).

If they were out of stock, the website should have said out of stock under the product at some point.  If it wasn't released yet (I was under the impression that it has been released and for some time now) then they should have put a release date under the title of the product.

So far displeased with service...  If i don't get mine by the end of the week or someone confirms that it wasn't released i'm putting in a complaint to paypal...

Has it been released?

I'm also interested to know about this.

I ordered last week, too, and wondered a little that there was no shipping/processing notice - since i expected it to be in stock.

But I'm used to longer lasting shipping times from HK, so I expected to wait at least one week longer before asking back on IC2005.

Dr.neo, do you maybe have any information about production state of the R6Gold you are allowed to share with us?

yes the final version R6 gold have delay now, because we change the design alot, to add the new save function in it, so please wait more 1 week

Any updates on the R6 gold? I also ordered for an R6 gold last Nov 13 and now its already Dec 13 but I still don't have it.

With the lack of news on it and seemingly not being a top priority project I went ahead and told paypal i want my money back... it's xmas time and doesn't look like i'm getting this for my friend like i wanted to, but he's got other things he wants...

I also would appreciate any news on it. I know that complaining does not help, but I would suggest informing customers about delays would be good service and is a good way to avoid cancelling of orders  .......

Seeing that there are no updates, I'll ask for a refund.

Wolftousen, were you able to get your money back? Could you send me pm on how you got your payment back from paypal. Did you file a complaint of not getting the item from the merchant or they just sent the credits back? Thanks.
