Try cleaning the contacts (gold metal contacts of the card & the ds's) also, try inserting the card and removing it reedytly (with ds off of course), re format you tf card, defragment your tf card

Finally the same problem as me! I've been up since 5:30 AM fixing mine. It's a fake but it worked before. Definitely a contact problem. I'm stuck here  ::sm-03:: taking apart, cleaning, testing, checking if my parents are asleep and repeating. Bending the card does NOT work but if you try cleaning the chip inside (on a fake) it could work. If anyone has trouble after this with the "Menu?" screen I can link you the right softwar. The chip is the main problem. Piece of ****!!! ~sm-80.gif~.gif I hope you can find a solution because this is the only site with the problem.
