connecting fault

hello, I have a neo pce flash cart 64Mb
I used it  a year ago
now I have a windows vista
I use NEO POWER WRITING SYSTEM 1.0
it says "connecting success"
but when I try to write a file
it says "connecting fault"

what can I do?
