[PSP App] Emu Loader
« on: March 20, 2008, 03:51:05 PM »

Hi,

Nickname : TokyoDrift (PSPFreak.de DEV Team)
Projet name: Emu Loader
From : Germany
Division : PSP APP
Original enter : Yes
Support Motion : No, it doesn't make any sense
In last NEO Compo this project have won in the top 10 : No, I didn't take part

Project description:
With the Emu Loader you can start most of the emulators that have ever been programmed for PSP. It's very helpfull because you dont have to see all of the emulators in your XMB/GAME menu. We designed the App together with Hedda1, he made a pack with alle of the emus, because of this it's named Hedda's Emu Pack Loader in the XMB.

Features:
- start all Emus in 3.xx kernel
- you can see which system is emulated
- you can see which name the emulator has
- you can see which version the emulator has
- a very sorted GUI
- shows ICON0 of the emulator

Changelog:
-- No older version avaible --

Installation:
Copy the folder PSP from the rar package to your MS-Root and start with 3.xx kernel

Information:
There are no Bios or any other illegal files included, you have to download them yourself. We know, it's not the hardest project, but we coded it in 2 or 3 days. Special thx to PSP1000, without him I hadn be able to code it.

Have  got permission from ORIGINAL authors to pack their software in your "EBOOT Launcher"?  sm-09

Moreover, I do NOT see this being a FAIR ENTRY.  ~sm-43.gif~

That and this is just an extra, unneeded process that could go towards emulating the system   Undecided

But besides that technical aspect it looks nice, clean and original Smiley

@Mr305: as far as I know Hedda has got the permission to pack all the emulators. But even if he forgott to ask a coder, I don't think anyone wouldn't allow this. We didn't tell that the emulators is our code and I'm sure without this pack you would never had know what the pspmo5 emu is good for.

@ sg57: I think it's not necessary but it's very usefull! Because you don't have to see 49 additional emulator icons in your XMB but only 1 nice designed Emu Loader icon.
