Okay I have started this thread as we all know that we are anticipating good homebrew this august, all because NEOCOMPO summer is here.

I still dont know enough homebrews though, so please post if you know.

I'll specify if a game is made using palib, to prove those guys who think that PAlib sucks (im so sick of this already). 

Most of the apps and games are known to be released on August 18-20. So keep you pants on!

Det4ils: You know this one already. This game was dugged 1000 times. Its Portal for DS, nuff said. He said he plans to add new features for his compo release.

Video Game Hero [Rhythm Game] by PAlib coder Sumiguchi
Details: Hurray for sumiguchi. We all know that our very own Sumiguchi homebrews are always genuine. This upcoming game is a rhythm game, inspired by Guitar Hero, but I think its much more similar to Konami Bemani's Keyboardmania. Solid gui, solid graphics and solid execution. Another instant hit from PAlib coder Sumiguchi.

Details: Well its unknown if it was finished using PAlib, but the demo's were. If he did he is one of the stupid people that he claimed (he said that PAlib users were stupid in HomebrewCast Episode 2). So Im quite unsure. Little is known about this game though.  It was supposed to be released together with HalzoDS, but the creator (cobradragon) said he already stopped. So how did I know it suppose to be out this month? Well it saids so in his website. So I'm still anticipating this.

Details: French Developer knetplop, has his Shmup, set for the NDS. It has a great satellie ship system, that could rival nanostray's. This one has a polished engine too. One preview had shown a bullet-hell situation in the ds. So, who doesn't want em.

Untitled [Rhythm Game] by PAlib coder soulanger(me)
Details: Well I havent yet announced the game yet, still on hiding. I'll just give out small details. It's a clone/ remake of a already released DS game. You are able to make your own song via the game's create-mode. It has a great number of controls to choose from (the primary control would make you use two stylus because it uses multitouch). I'm not confident with this though, looking at sumiguchi's rhythm game this would be scary.

Details: Basically it massively beautifies your Cart's gui, with an PS3 theme as a default gui. Has neat features like: sending PC2DS, DS2PC, seeing ingame footage while selecting your game, Total-convertion theme editing, etc. I'm not that good at describing my projects so just see it for yourself with my video.

Details: A Iphone OS clone for the ds. Its been in the works for a while, but Hillbilly said that he might be able to make it this compo. I would like to see the output of this one though. Looks promising.

I'll release the final version of my nds game, Inside the Machine.

Hopefully I'll release the full version of my top-view 3D shooter, Legion. (coded using libnds - sorry guys  ) The final version should also include an online mode, that is if I can code it within 9 days ! 

You can check out a work in progress video from last month over here : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5FECCxXsrs0 (only the bottom screen is visible, but on the top screen there's actually a mini map and information such as life, ammo...)
The solo will include 12 levels, with boss fights, various objectives, 4 weapons, vehicle driving, as well as a very complete story line, fully written by Lobo, who has also made ALL the graphics for the game.
