What is the Passme function.When is start it a white screen came >:(

You could have a search on the internet to find this out, the whole DS community should know it... but...

A Passme is a type of slot-1 DS card that will execute code from a slot-2 GBA card in NDS mode (run programs from a gba cart instead of an nds cart). In the beginning of DS development this was the only way to run code on the DS as a lot of people already had GBA carts and hardware developers hadnt yet designed a slot-1 card yet. For the same reason, you will still find homebrew games and applications with a .ds.gba version of the file, this is for slot-2 cards.

If you do not have a slot-2 flash cart inserted into the DS when you run either a passme card or program, then you will just get white screens as there is nothing to run.
