My MK5 Keeps saying Error: data is not align 16k!

can someone help me My MK5 dx 16Gbit Keeps saying Error: data is not align 16k! with a white backgrounds can someone help i dont know what to do i had formated the card alot of times but still useless please help !

p.s when is the new MK5 update comming out because i want to play Call of duty W.A.W but it says could not create saved data

hey dont worry i had it i searched and fixed it its nothing , when u format it in pc put it in ds and then click on it before saying that message , start and select at the same time , and then quick format plug it back in pc and put xmenu.dat voala the error is gone ...
