Why should i make a game i don't even like. Why should i release a game when i can make it more perfect. I think my game is one of the best becouse in my opinion it has all the things that are important for me to rate is as a good game.

Well, it would be dishonest with yourself not to put your own game on top, so I see where jojoris is coming from.
I decided not to write reviews for that kind of reason. I wouldn't see my game anywhere else than the 1st position in my ranking, but on the other hand that's kind of lame and it gets flamed, obviously.
Guys, don't be so mean, jojoris made an actual effort of writing (fair ?) reviews for the PSP game section. If you disagree with his votes, just write reviews too.

I'll give a try at the PSP apps, but not the games. I think you can't have fair judgement when you are participating 

On a personal note, I find it unfair what you said about Wagic:  "you have to play this game with real cards, not a psp", while your own game is a game that exactly falls into the same category: board games that are better played in real life with friends, but for which you also appreciate a portable experience with an AI.
But hey, that's your opinion, and I just have to hope other reviews will prove you wrong

I think enough has been said about the issue. I didn't 'freak out' when I read this, but was unpleasantly surprised. I wanted to make sure that people who read the review know it's not from an objective source in the sense that the author is competing for the price. I think we can consider this discussion closed.

Well...

I updated the review.
Removed my own game.
But i still think my game really has quality. (maybe becouse i am the creator)

I let other reviewers judge my game for now. I hope they don't blame my in their reviews and i hope the forgive me. 0:)

jojojoris i think you made a good decision.

I'm looking other game [in the ds section] and i think a lot of them are very good. Looking at my game i can't say it's bad, but i don't want to say that is better then the other because may be my review is affected by a series of things like:

i write the game cause i like the game [gameplay]
i made the sprite by myself [gfx]
i spent a lot of time looking for good sound [sound]
etc.

In the past contest no one ever review his own game ... i think this way is better, anyhow it remain my opinion.

Also if all codere make a review then no game get benefit from the big cauldron of developers review because all are affected.
