This app is not bad
it looks good, but isn´t  more as an IR Shell clone.
but has an goood music player

This app isn´t usefull.
I do not know for what I use it

DAPESi by Shaolan and Elesthor
This is an greate app to Drawing and Editing Pictures 
it´s very usefull and looks good.

PSPconsole by Hotter
this plugin is very cool
you managing files on your ms direct in the xmb
and play games like Tetris quickly if you´re feeling boring.

pag3 by Pront0
this app is very usefull,
you make beautiful websites in 5 minutes.
its the first html editor for psp, good idea.

prxutility++ by pspflashsystem
this plugin is another "XMB file managing tool"
its unclearly and confusing,
it make me sick to remember the butten combinations (im forgot them always)

downPSP by carlosgs
its a app to download and install a lot of homebrew.
its usefull if you want to download a homebrew and you dont know the
development page.
but i dont understand Spanish 

PSPDictionary by Gefa
this is an translator for PSP that uses google.
its good to use if you are on holiday. (I Think)

I wasn't a problem because you can see all buttons used in prxutility++ in the help menu (to see this menu use L + Note (by default because you can edit all buttons in the configuration.ini file )...
And probably you will see that prxutility++ is more than an "XMB file managing tool" (you can also use prxutility++ in game and pops )

prxutility++ allows you to know when your battery is low, it does like hold+ and cxmb (yeh prxutility++ allows you to customize some of flash0 files (         opening_plugin.rco;

Mastertryce, in the new version you can choose the language through the Settings menu (Configuracion in spanish ;-) )
