Installation instructions written by Sektor

To run REminiscence, you'll need a copy of the data files from the DOS version
of Flashback.  You can get the data files from here.

Installation:
---------
You need custom firmware version 3.80 M33 or newer.
Make sure your game folder isn't set to 1.50
Copy to ms0:/PSP/GAME/REminiscence/
Data files go in ms0:/PSP/GAME/REminiscence/data/
Save files go in ms0:/PSP/GAME/REminiscence/save/

Have they been unpacked and arranged so you can just extract to root?

I downloaded all the games seperately and noticed some have PSP folder, some don't, some have no folders, some have PSP folder inside their own folder.

I haven't unpacked them. The directory tree looks liks this:
