NEO summer  compo 2009 final result announce time:  Sep.10th 2009

Note: because have 3 entries submit their project after the compo deadline, so we have to remove them, sorry for this case, hope every coders take care the compo deadline from now 

one idea: maybe we should start the retro game compo from the coming NEO Spring Coding Compo 2010?

We know that Phillipines current time zone is +8h , and USA , is -5h EST .
In other words , he submitted his apps too late...

I mean, nobody can stop me doing that,
but I guess you're not allowed update the version that was posted by the due date
so reviewers can see that there's been progress.
