I did run the Super cdrom2 system bios v3 (pc-engine) on my duo and it worked, but never tried the arcard card bios yet.
But it would be cool if there was a version of this card that had the extra ram to support arcard games.
I have an arcad card, but I cannot play it in my duo due to the fact that I do not have a jap-usa converter and its expensive to buy one
if I can find one.
