Where is the UPDTAE!

WE need an update.many games or other things dont work .the design is not beatufil ,too.so where is the update i wait over 1 year and......nothing  ::sm-02::

The design is the least thing to care about. I just want the new games working. :<

i.e.: I can't save in Wario Ware DIY or Pokemon Soul Silver (The saving does work here, but after a restart, the savegame isn't there anymore.)

So please, bring us an update.
