Use a forge to manage R6 menu

A forge will gather:
  • all the feature requests ( ~sm-44.gif~)
  • the bug reports (::sm-13.gif::)
  • permit a storage of source code releases (::sm-03::)
  • revision system (::sm-23.gif::)
  • permit an easier comprehension of the source code (~sm-41.gif~)
  • etc. (~sm-36.gif~)

All for a better collaboration.
