I have 2x PAL 1x NTSC N64 systems and expansion pak. I have game cartridges for all PAL CIC chips and save types, and NTSC carts for 6102 and 6105. I would buy extra NTSC carts if neoflash considers it necessary for a more thorough test.
Unfortunatelly I can't code N64 programs, although I'm involved in some ROM hacking and I'm rather computer literate. I'm also very aware of the N64 scene and have accumulated a considerable stock of old and not so old N64 homebrew programs of all kinds. I also have some official nintendo software related to the N64.
I can review the cart in in both Spanish and English. Also I can write it in pro or neutral tone regargding "piracy", following your preference.
I'm not mod of any web site, but I am active in many.
I could post the reviews in the following places:
www.tehskeen.comwww.benheck.comwww.gbatemp.netwww.eurasia.nu64dd.netwww.pdroms.dewww.zophar.netwww.nesworld.comwww.assemblergames.comwww.dextrose-forum.comwww.1emulation.comwww.dcemu.co.uk (network of many sites)
www.elotrolado.net (Spain)
www.emulatronia.com (Spain)
www.meristation.com (Spain)
www.vandal.net (Spain)
www.rarewitchproject.comwww.shootersforever.com/forums_message_boards... and many more, including any you suggest. But I don't want to spam the thread with a bigger list of sites.
Plus, as I'm currently unemployed, thanks to the crisis, I can dedicate a lot of time to this

EDIT: One last bit. I normally find reviews of stuff to be very swallow and/or general. They just say "the product does this and that, and you have to do this and that", but they don't provide meaningful info about the reasons of that, or details of what happens if you do otherwise or anything at all. I always find myself very frustrated about this when I read reviews because of that.
On the other hand, I recognize most people won't be interested in these details and would rather find it annoying to be presented with too much details and info that it's not important for them.
My plan is to satisfy both types of readers with a review that will provide a first "half" with more general and "easy to understand" information most people want, and then a second part with more detailed information for the people like me that can't live without it
