I ignored the instructions at first, put the mdbios in my neoflash folder and added some roms. It displayed a black screen. I then read the instructions and noticed I had to set the menu to 4mb and write it using the memory tab. It booted, created some folders on my SD card and then went into a loop, going from my SD card to flash. I set the turbo button on my third party 6 button controller to off and now it works fine.

Yes, something that pulses the start button will cause some trouble.

The MD Menu format still only writes 64KB for the menu, so you have to write the WHOLE thing first with the MENU Write option on the Memory page. After that, it doesn't matter that the menu format doesn't write the whole thing.
