I've ordered some products from ic2005 in the past that are working fine, but I ran into some trouble with a Neo2 cart that I bought recently (see
this thread).
Since they don't accept support questions by email I registered an account at their support forum and posted pretty much what I had written in the above thread. At first there was no response at all. Then, after a week or two I began getting a bunch of private messages from "ForumModerator", which appears to be a bot, saying that
"A virus alert was noticed on your computer.
We highly recommend you to check your computer and perform online virus check at our site immediately: http://securitytool2010.com/<my user name>
If you do not pass this test* we will have to delete your account and forward a complaint to your ISP with attached log file (your IP address, etc.)."I found this very annoying, so after the second or third of these messages I sent an email to
order@ic2005.com to complain about these messages based on the fact that I 1) have an up-to-date AV software installed which I use, and 2) they hadn't responded to my legitimate question about a product I had bought from them (and they still haven't).
So far, both my original question and my email have gone unanswered, and in the meantime they keep sending me more of these virus warning spam messages.
Has anyone else had this problem with them? Did you manage to ever get through to an actual human being at ic2005?
