the new neo2 pro menu support PC-E power cart also!

here have one new neo2 pro menu --- Neo2_Pro_Manager_1.00_Beta3 for N64 menu test , this version have support the neo PC-E power cart also, you can see the PC-E working mode in there  ~sm-42.gif~

Does this new menu allow playing USA TG16 games on a Japanese PC-E?
