I recieved the wrong goods from IC2005

I can't believe it... I ordered for about 400$ Flashcards and I recieve a single SMS4 - Super Memory Stick 4 stick for 50$

where can I get the quickest support? Is there any skype support account?

Anyone had the same problem ? This must be a error from the Shop or could it be the shipping company?!!!!
