I received the converter for MVS carts to my AES. Unfortunately, it doesn't work as it should. Strange graphical glitches and also errors in sound are present. I tried 5 MVS carts with it and they do the same mistakes. With AES carts the console works well.

I have 5V 3A adaptor. After switching to 5V 8A adaptor it does the same glitches with graphics and sound.
I borrowed na older black AES to MVS converter from my friend and it works fine with mi carts. The problem is definitely in the converter. I want to change it for a working one.

Can I ship you the converter back and get a new one please?
