I hope that I can make it onto the second batch of NEO kits, I'd really like to use it in Assembly Language tutorials for the DS.

Just got mine today. Everything is OK, (nothing u cant get around one way or another at least) however the DS doesnt like the battery save. GBA/GBplayer  will save to the cartridge, and as expected restore the saved state at a later time. Nevertheless , the DS, once it has saved onto the flash-cart wipes-out the battery  save for some reason. anyone facing a similar problem?

the save is actually put on the DS card in the magic key.. of course only if the chip type matches.. it says that in the nfo too.

I was refering to the standard GBA mode, w/o the magic key ,affecting .gba related  battery saves. There is no need of magic key in that case anyway.
