2 NEO competitions closing time for annually

NEO team have decided the 2 competitions closing time for annually :

spring coding contest 2006 : 20th.Feb 2006
autumn coding contest 2006 : 20th.Aug 2006

and will have 2 division : NEO NDS Coding and NEO PSP Coding!
the NEO PSP Coding prize will be NEO-MS converter + Microdrive  ;D
