"Game Melody Oratorio"
Ver.20080319
A DS homebrew game by Multiple:Option
http://multiple-option.blogspot.com

What is it?
Game Melody Oratorio teaches simple game melodies via a virtual piano. Its aim is to make learning fun! :) Nah, it's for gamers who find themselves near a piano and want to make their friends laugh. By the time you finish playing this game, you'll (hopefully) know how to play melodies from Super Mario Bros (Nintendo), Sonic the Hedgehog (Sega), Tetris (Nintendo), Bubble Bobble (Taito) and The Legend of Zelda (Nintendo). And critics say games only promote violence! :p

Why?
This is my official entry into the Neoflash Spring Coding Competition 2008, and also my first original DS project.

Saving
This game allows you to save your progress. On first play, the game will create the save file "gmo_save.sav" on your flash cart.

Requirements
A Nintendo DS/Lite and a flash cart. Only tested on R4 Revolution. Runs in DeSmuME emulator but does not support saving (see Issues). I make no guarantee that the game will work for you, your hardware or software.

Controls
Stylus only

Issues
* Saving does not work in emulators (as of 2008/03). Just use the emulator's save state function, if it has it.
* DS Nicknames that use non-Roman characters (such as Japanese kana) will be displayed incorrectly in Recital mode.
* No sleep mode
