to restore a save file, you must first select a ROM in the ROM list before clicking restore all or restore does nothing.

I am sorry if this is the wrong spot for this post but i have been all over this forum and i couldn't find anyone with an answer to my problem. i have a silver nds and tested the firmware(i got 2 white screens). i just received my neomax 8gb kit yesterday and i downloaded the lastest Neo power kit 2.1 and also tried ver 1.2 that came with my kit and also tried XG2 Pro(but it asks to format the card everytime i burn files to the card, then try to check it). the 2 problems i have are:

1. I am trying to just copy .gba files to my flash card and it appears to it says "write Completed" and my lights are flashing on my slimloader plugged into the back of my pc. but if i refresh it shows my card is empty and when i put it in my ds it say's "a ds option pack is inserted". no gameplay or menu or anything.

2. my magic key 3 is booting up to just 2 white screens, i have 2 games, super mario 64 ds and world championship poker, are these games ok to use with this key? if i put in my key with no game in it's slot my ds boots normally.

I am totally lost, someone please help me.

Sirchadly99, first make sure you're following the instructions on using your new kit properly, however before you do anything, you should test your DS to check the version of the firmware.
Currently there is no firmware that crashes with a WHITE screen, so it's possible you got something wrong when testing it.

Try this:

Put ONLY a DS game into your DS (No MK3, no GBA game, just the DS game).
Turn on your DS
Go into pictochat
Go into Room A
Pull out the DS game

The screens will both change to a certain colour (not white). If it's yellow, then you're going to need a passme2, if it's not then it should work

i have got a real prob :S i put on my slim loader and it doesnt go on
i shaked it a lil bit and the light goes on but the problem is that there is the green light all the time and it doesnt switch off
my computer cannot find the device it says unknown device.
when i want install the driver it cant do it

Did it work before? If not then try connecting it directly to the USB behind the computer (dont use the extension cable) and dont have the usb paired with any other USB device.
