NDS GAME - QBX

Hi,

QBX is a thinking game in which the aim is to make lines in a 3D cube 5x5x5-sized.
The shape comes from above and can only be translated forward/backward and left/right.
The cube, can only rotate around its 3 axes
The shape does not fall automatically. Hence, you have time to place it. Then you chose when you want it to fall. Then, it will go down in one shot.

For fun, the game embeds a handwritting recognition (my "Test glyphe" engine) to enter players' names in highscores.

Please fin in the attachments the binaries + docs and the sources of the game.

Sorry Didou, theres just SOOOOO many games and apps for me to look at ::sm-04:: =P
I'll go and test it right now.

Edit: Well, I played it for a bit, it's a nice concept with a nice UI. The gameplay seems pretty slow moving. I also think the game could use a soundtrack :).

That's true there is plenty of good entries !

Yep, the game play does not require to hurry. Indeed, I though that adding time constraint would lead to something pretty difficult to play. The 3D representation of the cube by the player in his mind seems to be already a bit diffficult for most of people who played (as far as they told me). It seems that not everybody is 3D-geometry-wired ;)

Soundtrack ? Yep, that's true. May be I should have added one. I guess that's my default: I never play game with music on :) :) I feel it's too disturbing...
