How to upgrade MK5 GIGA Cart Menu V2.53 and how to fix the USB linker (updated)

when in the nds menu press and hold start + select and start the mk5 menu while still holding those buttons untill you come in a menu where you can choose you're preferred way of formatting

nope just goes directly to usb linker and no format menu

Nevermind. I got it. Needed to press "UP+L+R+A+B" while turning nds on.

I got as far as step 3 now all I get is a blank white screen.

The DS wont start formating.

if your MK5 is new 2008 version, you don't need follow this guide, you just need hold START+SELECT when you power on your NDS, then you will see the MK5 format screen.



then you just need format it (suggest the FULL format),then you can goto step[7] directly, to finish this upgrade action.
