Usb tools and firmware for neo slim 3000

Hi, i need help, my neo slim brick and i need the usb tools and the firmware.
I can,t extract the firmware, and i dont find the usb driver correct and the usbtool too.
Anybody can Help me?

 >:( The neo slim dont turn on, only the black screen, i cant update the firmware. i still download that update, but i think than i need some kind of usbtools and the first firmware.
