Memory test fail

I have to MK5-DX 2008 16Gbit carts. When I first ran the memory tests 1 was OK, the other had a an error message that the test failed. It still runs anything I've put on it and I know I have a 1 year warrenty on defects but should I be worried???

does the sdaving works good on all save modes with games?

It seems to, even when I auto detect the memory type... I didn't upgrade to 2.54 yet, could that make a difference?
