Hi, Will there/ is there a NDS GBA emulator out there for the DS ?
Or is there a way to play GBA roms off the sd mem card in th DS !

the DS isnt powerful enough to emulate the gba and in the future the menu will include gba game play

I think a missunderstood Q...sry.  with the magic key you are able to play nds roms off the sd memory card(with me so far) so will there be a way to play gba roms off the sd memory card aswell...a menu to include the ability to fool the nds it has a genuin gba game in slot 2

The coders might be working on it, we don't know for sure yet, but it's a possibility.
The coders are working on a lot of things!!! Who knows what to expect ? But the GBA thing has been mentioned before, so it might as well work one day.

yeah, gba support didn't make it into the last menu.  Based on what's been said in the forums, it should show up in some future menu revision.

The only way to run a GBA game is off a GBA cart, from GBA mode the DS has no access the DS slot, and resetting into GBA mode, from the little I have seen, does not retain memory (so loading the data to DS memory first would not work). It is possible a really slow GBA emulator could run on the DS, but Im not gonna hold my breath on something like that working well.

Is there a way to get the menu to work alongside the gba roms on the gba flasher cart ?....maybe a choice whether to boot the MK or gba game ?

Its still kinda buggy, but you can have DS and GBA stuff on the same cart, and it will let you flash GBA while on the go, and keep gba saves on the SD card. Just remember the "kinda buggy" part before you try it.
