Title: About the Wireless utility included in Mario kart ds

If i get a Ds with old firmware installing the application to have access to computer or wireless connection with Nintendo wifi net wil  have me installed the new firmware too? THe magikey will not be combatible this way?

Nintendo does not update its firmware like Sony does through wireless. The only known update for the fimware is by some people who hacked the origional firmware (it is called flashme).

The magic key, if its working, should not stop working with your DS unless your DS stops working.
